Except for that chance it has because it's rooted. You could have a 2.3 rom on it within minutes of taking it out of the box or the seller may even be willing to flash one before shipping it.

It looks like it's in pretty much perfect condition, and comes with a dock, so I wouldn't say 120 is completely out of the question. Either way, good luck with the sale, EKhatch.
