Probably flashed the boot.img with fastboot... If you are S-On you must flash it manually or boot recovery via fastboot then flash the rom image to get the boot.img to take.
I am using RezRom v1.6. In the Kernel subfolder there is a boot.img file. I have tried flashing that multiple times. Is that different from the rom image file ? Or how do I flash the rom image ?
