Root Rooted, Flashed, Backed Up, next step?

I have successfully rooted, flashed, backed up, and restored from backup using ClockworkMod Recovery 4.0.0.9, on my SGA running 2.3.3. Whats the next step? Anyone know of any cool custom ROM's that work great on SGA? And if so, how can I get/install them? Thanks

There are way too many custom ROM's out there.
The one closest to stock is blackhawk rom by "ketut.kumajaya". Link: [HOWTO + BLACKHAWK ROM] Galaxy Ace firmware in ext4 format - xda-developers
The Cyanogen ROM is by far the coolest but is still under construction. Link: [ROM][UNOFFICIAL] CyanogenMod 7.1-cooper-KANG-RC1 Android 2.3.7 (upd: 12.10.2011) - xda-developers
