Root Rooted Incredible now can't recieve texts

I have a rooted HTC Incredible running Cyanogenmod 7.2.0-inc. Seemingly all of a sudden, I stopped being able to receive texts. I can send them fine. I don't know exactly when it happened, I just thought I was being ignored. I tried removing all the programs that may have caused this. I tried a hard reboot and cleaned out my messages. With my carrier being Verizon, I took it by there this evening to try and diagnose the problem; the guy checked all the settings, from his and my end and said everything was as it should be. He suggested a wipe, but it's taken forever to get the phone like I like it. Any thoughts? Anything else you need to know?

can try just reflashing the ROM, shouldnt need to do a wipe.
