Using the tutorial from How to Install Android 2.3 Gingerbread on LG Optimus One P500 - Complete Guide, I got the ROM to install fine. Wiped cache and data, and works fine. Very pleased.
One this is, I forgot to backup the original ROM before installing 2.3. I know, it was stupid, but I forgot in all my excitement. Anyone got a link for the 2.2 LG Official ROM? Just in case...
