Well, thought I'd post this to get some feedback and see if I did right, or did wrong.
Rooting the phone seemed like a pain in the ass, did it with Super One Click, using the default pn...
After that, I couldn't get Titanium to work, so used Root Explorer. From there, after it got Superuser Permissions, I went ahead and started deleting Apps, such as stock ones from the folders within. Phone starts going faster and more memory has been freed.
Now I'm not sure if this is the best way to do it but it seemed to work how I did it, but its really hard to figure out what app is what, because if you delete the wrong file, you can brick your phone.
I used this video to help but since he didn't root it himself, its hard to see what its supposed to do.
