Root Rooted NC 1.2 but need Market help

Hello All,

I am very green to rooting, but managed to do it last night on my Nook Color 1.2. The one problem I am having is that the Market doesn't have very many apps and many of them look outdated. Did I miss a step somewhere?

Here's what I know:
ClockworkMod = 3.2.0.1
RomMgr - 4.2.0.2

I am trying to search for an answer, but all the tech talk is confusing for this novice. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Rom manager and recovery (clockworkmod) are completely different from Market, which is Google.

Market on a rooted but otherwise stock NC is quite limited compared to Market on any other device b/c B&N only allows certain, approved apps.

What exactly are you seeing?
