Help Rooted Note 8.0 Camera, and Mic not working

• My rooted samsung galaxy note 8.0 GT5110 is acting strangely from the past few days. I rooted it two weeks ago and two days ago the camera displayed this error, Warning: Recording failed and then the app shuts down. I tried recording my voice, but any voice recordingapp just shuts down. When I plug in earphones or headphones sound comes out of the speakers. The only slight adjustment I have done is used Pimp My Rom to change my camera quality, but my camera still worked after I changed it.
  
  I have tried
  Researching on the internet for solutions to no prevail
  Clearing cache and data for camera, microphone, etc.
  Rebooting
  Clearing cache partition in recovery
  Reinstalling apps other than the camera, my microphone for example.
  Installing other camera or microphone apps.
  Hard reset/factory reset.
  
  Please help this has been ticking me off. I can't use apps like messenger or anything where I talk to other people through microphone, or record videos.

In my Experience when things go wrong. Reset and start over. I know this does not immediately help but reinstalling stock and then rooting again may just work.
