Root Rooted one***Soft bricked another

Sorry for being a bother, but, I have soft bricked one of my Casio Commandos, but I have root with the other Casio Commando.

The one I soft bricked, goes to the "GzOne" now loading screen, and then reboots and does it again.
I know there is a way to fix this, but I have tried to no avail. My pc no longer sees the phone under my computer, but it is listed in My devices when it connects for a few seconds and then it is gone.
I have tried the adb thing, but I keep getting error messages. I`ve got a lot of files downloaded, just need someone to walk me through what I need to do to get this phone back up and running. I will be eternally grateful if someone could help me with this. Thanks for any help. Harper

Sorry to hear that, but glad you were able to use the guide! I know you can buy another one of those from eBay for like 25-30 dollars...
