Root Rooted Phone Reboots nonstop

Hello,

I have Kyocera Hydro Boost Mobile android phones. I rooted the devices and deleted some of the installed apps and settings that came with the android. Now my phones are messed up. I tried wipe data/factory reset, but I got an error in yellow text "Cannot load volume /misc!"

I know I already voided my warranty, so no use in calling customer service. I searched all around for a solution, and came up with nothing that could fix this issue. If you know how I can fix my phones, please let me know.
