found out my phone was rooted so got app from google play to unroot phone now my samsung s5 just sits at the samsung logo with a starburst in the background and won't turn on. Thoughts or even better HELP.

My thought is that that little poll of yours is the dumbest way of asking for help I've seen in a long time...
Anyway, your best bet is to replace the system software completely, which is why the previous post is asking you for the information we'll need in order to tell you where to find that.
