Rooted problem with some apps

Hello
I recently bought a Dupad story F1 because I may not have any smartphones with camera's at work. Now I installed some aps like on my other smartphone and some important apps for me won't work because it says they do not work on ROOTED phones. What does it mean please and how can I fix it?

I already found that rooted opens lots of possibilities if you know what you are doing and that there are lots of apps that require rooted phones. The apps I wants to run au contraire...
