Root rooted razr maxx cpu overclock help

I used motomizer to over clock my droid RAZR maxx to 1.3 GHz. It made my phone freeze to where I had to hard reboot it and had to wipe cm10.1 and reflash it. Please help with overclocking and better ram performance.

What program did you use to root your Razr Maxx? I haven't been able to get mine rooted.

I ran a bat file from the PC. Type in Google how to root RAZR maxx with 4.1.2 jellybean. Make sure to data factory reset before running the root process. Follow directions exactly.
