Rooted S2 to ICS but did a backup and reset now cannot start

It shows the exclamation and then goes blank. It cannot pass boot screen. What can I do.. any site for me to start up this thing? Please help

Android Version 4.03
Kernel version updated official version to: 3.0.35 Siyah 3.4.1
 
If you can't get to recovery mode you will have to reflash your phone via Odin in download mode. You can search for a full ROM or just flash stock firmware.
 
I could not even start the device in download odin mode. If I can only go into download mode. I tried to press power and vol up and vol down and dozens of combinations. but cannot start. It shows the Samsung icon then it goes off...

what do I need?

What are these 2 files do?

Those files are the kernel. I recommend you read about "kernel" and "ROMs" before attempting anything. You shouldn't be playing with this unless you understand what is going on...

With Mic Swap or Without Mic Swap depends on what ROM you intend to use as the OS. I recommend you download the latest version of Siyah and flash using CWM - Clock Work Recovery Mod (reboot on "recovery mode" - don't do it from the app within the phone)
