Help rooted s3

Hey I just rooted my samsung s3 tonight and I it runs 4.1. I need it to run at least 4.3 for my new fitbit to run properly. Can someone please help me with the flashing process(I think this is what its called), or at least point me in the right direction.

1st you need to install CWM/TWRP which you can look up here: http://teamw.in/project/twrp2
And stock 4.3 rom is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2541900
Just follow the instructions.
