Root Rooted then Activated but no 4G?

Hi, I just now activated my connect. It continues to say 3G, they did a soft reset and still getting it even while my friend gets 4G on his esteem at the same location. Is there some time delay for my phone to begin getting 4G Signal or do I need to call in and tell them to activate my sim card.

I'm going through the same thing, I called metro but they had me try everything I've already tried so thebeuggested I take my phone in to be worked on but I know that is not the problem..because others are having this trouble also

Oddly enough I just called again and the guy said my sim wasn't activated and he turned it on for me.

Try dialing *228 and then select option 5 to update the PRL.
