I'm sorry to hear that rooting your SGS3 didn't go smoothly. Your best bet for help is going to be asking the folks over in our SGS3 sub-forum who know that phone best for some advice. Here's that forum -

You'll notice at the top of the page the "All Things Root" sections for the various versions of the S3. Hopefully the folks there can help you get your phone back up & running. Best of luck to you!
