You would need to relock the bootloader, then you would unlock it again (you can use the same token). You can then fastboot flash the recovery over the one you have (even if it is the same) so that part doesn't change. And you can reflash the su binaries (the superusr or SuperSU flashable zip to root the phone) the same as you did and it won't hurt anything.
So basically the difference would be that after you relock the bootloader instead of saying locked in the video like a brand new one would, it would say relocked. The rest of the stuff shouldn't change anything. I am pretty sure you can do the steps through htcdev again for the video as well.
