Can someone help please?
I bought a Sony Xperia 1 in China, but now find it has the Chinese OS installed. I'm in NZ now and need to change it. From what I understand I need to root the phone, looked up cyanogenmod for this phone, but to be honest this is beyond my capabilities. None of the tech shops here seem up to the task.
Can someone give me a simple step by step method of rooting the Sony? It's no use to me anyway so if something goes wrong it can go in the bin.
Thanks in advance
