Hi folks,
I have an 18 month old Sensation bought through Orange with all the branding. It's running slow as hell and needs resetting, but what I would really like to do is get rid of all the orange rubbish and either install the standard HTC ROM or possibly an alternate ROM without any of the Sense stuff.
I've gone round and round in circles reading about s-off, rooting, HTC dev and all sorts of stuff but I am thoroughly confused as there seems to be loads of conflicting info. Do I need to do anything different because my phone is Orange branded? I have ICS on my phone - does that make a difference? What kind of sensation do I have? XE? 4G?
