Rooting Device help required!

Guys got a little issue re rooting my device.

The instructions say this:


4. Turn on holding Volume Down button (right side one) + power button
for 15 sec, until two icons show up on the scree

5. Release buttons and press once Volume Down button (right side one)
to select "Recovery Mode" is the little box icon

6. Now Select "Recovery Mode" pressing once Volume Up button (left side one)



Now my issue is the volume buttons up and down are reversed on my device so I don't know what to do.

I've read someone did it wrong and screwed up his tab.

You won't mess anything up. If you get the direction reversed, just power down and the opposite the next time.

I believe you're just choosing between either Download Mode or Recovery.

It's a little different on the LTE model. You hold both the vol + and - and power. The vol + to get to download mode.
