Root Rooting failed Nexus 4 not booting up

Hi Guys,
Need help very urgent. Please help me to reinstall Android Kit Kat in my Nexus 4.
I tried root my Nexus 4 with "Kingo Android ROOT". In the middle of the process rooting got failed (due to power button was not working).
1. Now my mobile is not booting up
2. Power button is not working
can anyone please trouble shoot my issue
How can reinstall Android Kit Kat??
How can I revert back to previous state?

If you're power button is not working, how are you even going to turn your phone on? I suggest that you have the button fixed and then just reflash the facotry image from the official page:
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images

Oh and before you ask or complain, that page has a well written step by step guide that will help you through the whole process
