Root Rooting from stock - keeps games?

I rooted my sd card awhile back, but want to root again. This time I wanted to take the NC to full tables CM7.

But the thing holding me back is my wife games she downloaded and paid for from barns and knoble.
Is there a way to get those back once I root the nook?

You'd have to root, install a backup app like Titanium Backup and backup all your apps to your sdcard. Then do not wipe this card. :D

Then using a different sdcard (like a cheap 2 gb card), wipe your NC and install CM7 (3rd guide). Then install Titanium Backup from Play Store again and restore just your missing apps. (batch menu... "restore missing apps with data").

Here's the down-side tho.... You paid B&N for these apps and they will not show up as paid in Google Play Store so although you should be able restore them, you will not be able to update them to newer versions, unless they are free. Purchased apps will need to be purchased again to get an update.
