Root rooting hero problem

I am trying to root my new bought hero because of legal things with google android market is not working in T

When I used it I had to make a backup before I could flash the new one. You haven't got a file called backup-recovery.img on your SD card do you? I did, and that seemed to stop flashrec being able to backup.

I have another problem now I have to downgrade to be root. I cannot do backup

I had to do that too, very anoying. Downgrading is actually harder than rooting IMO.

I had tha same problem before. The only solution for me it was to create a Gold Card. Take a look here: The road to freedom for your hero - xda-developers . it will work 100%. good luck
