Root rooting issuses

I have a Co-Working that has a Samsung Galaxy S that I am trying to root I followed the instructions for rooting it but I get this message, What am I doing wrong?

Reinstall Package


--Install from sdcard
Finding update package...

Verifying update package...

E: failed to open /mnt/internal_sd/update.zip (No such file or directory)

Installation aborted
