Nope, nobody can help you. In fact, everyone just walks out of the room when you walk in, just because. ;) (just kidding!)

I'm guessing that the mods just moved your post to the "Optimus T - All Things Root" forum. You'll find plenty of help here, and we won't even look at you funny. At least, not to your face, that would be rude. :cool:
 
As much as I like Robert's response, it doesn't help the OP. I am no expert but I suggest this method to root [How-To] Root, Recovery, ROM without touching a computer - Android Forums at AndroidCentral.com (supposedly this method is outdated but it worked flawlessly for me in October 2011).
When you get to step #2 (Recovery) the recovery-RA-GNM-OPT-T-test.img.zip won't be available. I used recovery-RA-GNM-thunderg-1.1.0.img from this link recovery-RA-GNM-thunderg-1.1.0.img
Just be sure when you are typing in commands for step #2 that you change recovery-RA-GNM-OPT-T-test.img to match the file you downloaded instead (recovery-RA-GNM-thunderg-1.1.0.img). Other than that it should be smooth sailing.
