Root Rooting my Nexus 4--- noobie here

I've just download the CM10.1 from this link - CyanogenMod Downloads for the Google Nexus 4. The thing is that I don't have a computer with windows... I have an iMac. Can I root my Nexus 4 with the iMac and install the Rom CM10.1?... Thanks for any help...
