Root Rooting my phone

Hi Everyone I have a g2 touch with 2.1 rev 1 on it and would like to root the phone so I can try some different Builds, also I would like to store apps on my sd card.

Please could someone tell me how to do it or point me to some where I can get the required info please?

hi there, download Z4root from the internet or from the market if its still available, and use that to root your device, its very easy and straight forward to use.

I have tryed that app but it just locks up thanks for the help any way.
