Root Rooting Need Advice

When they say "Flash the ROM with .zip" what exactly do they mean?

There is no flash command I can find in CWM... trying to follow instructions to letter and I'm stuck- quick advice appreciated!

Install zip from sd card, then scroll to find the zip file you want to install.

Un-do your "zipper" & pull out your junk to "flash" the phone
