Hey,
I've been through heaps of tutorials and I'm having problems. Here is what I'm doing.

1. Head over to HTCDev and select "All other supported modules"

(Reason I do this is because when I go into H-Boot it comes up with Locked)

2. From here I accept all the terms and conditions then put the phone into fastboot and then attach it to my pc via USB Cable.

3. I then download the fastboot binary for Windows (My OS).

Now on here this is where I get confused becuase I type in the code "fastboot oem get_identifier_token" on CMD it says this here. Please help me I'm not sure what's going on.

You installed a program on your computer named fastboot. You'll have to find where it is, and run that command from the folder the program is in.
