So i rooted everything went fine until the point where I tried to get into clockwork and it gave me a black screen everyone was talking about. So I took out my battery out of my phone after it gave me the black screen and when it came back on it's stuck on the HTC screen. Any advise because I don't know what to do at this point

Hello InspireR6.
If the device is still in the condition you describe, remove the battery.
Then, if you have not already done so, one thing to try is the button combination which takes the Inspire into the recovery/boot menu.
Volume down + power (both held simultaneously until something appears on the screen, then released).
Once in that menu you can use the volume keys to navigate the menu and try choosing "reboot" first.
