Rooting Samsung s2 19100

I'm trying to root my Samsung jellybean 4.2.1 baseband 19100xxms2

I've been watching some tutorials on how to root jellybean 4.2.1 however the phones used in the tutorials have different baseband versions does that matter or can I do what they did and no problems will occur.

please help this is my first time rooting devices.

Sorry for being late to this thread. Hopefully moving it from the Motorola A855 section to the section devoted to your phones make and model will give you more answers.
