HI GUYS IM NEW ON THERE AND ASKING FOR HELP ALREADY! IV PURCHASED MY S8 A FEW DAYS AGO AND DECIDED TO ROOT IT , FOLLOWED A VIDEO ONLINE AND NOW ITS STUCK ON THE START UP SCREEN. PLEASE HELP AS IM TRAVELLING ABROAD VERY SOON AND NEED MY PHONE UP AND RUNNING PLZZZ HELP

I CAN HOLD THE 3 BUTTONS AND GET IT INTO THE BLUE SCREEN, MY WINDOWS 7 PC WONT SEE THE DEVICE UNDER MY COMPUTER!

Go here. www.updato.com
Type in your model number.
Then download the firmware for your device and country or carrier.
Then do this.
Please unplug the phone then turn it off. hold volume down, bixby and power. At the warning press volume up to continue please. Then reconnect.

Then select the ap button and either the firmware will be a 4 -5 way split or one file. If it's split choose ap and then the ap file, then choose bl for example then select the bl file. Once all files are selected press start, get something to drink and 5 or so minutes later the phone will reboot normally.
