Help Rooting the LG Optimus F3

Hey I was using the steps outlined in the following video youtu.be/VlvLf5kCLIo for rooting my phone and moving apps to the SD card, but after I finished running motochopper and opened the Superuser app it asked me to update the superuser binary. When I tapped install it said "There was an error installing Superuser. Please send a log to the developer." When I went into AParted and declined the Advert/homepage offer it never even asked for Superuser access, and didn't recognize the 16Gb Sd card I had in the slot

If you need extra details I'd be happy to provide them

Is the device rooted from motor chopper if not and u have all the drivers for saferoot kick it in high gear for safe root . I used safe root dammmm if was so smooth and easy . the only thing with safe root is YOU NEED TO INSTALL YOUR OWN RECOVERY. this can be safestrap etc .

Hi guys, I am also a newbie. Been having a devil of a time rooting my Metro phone. Got it about 8 months ago and it was brand new. Tried saferoot, and motochopper and the superuser gives an error. Been trying to root this dang thing forever it seems. Is there anyone that can save me?

Phone is:

Metro LGMS659 ver.10c on Android 4.1.2.

email is djgeminica@gmail.com

You need to select normal on that pop up . and you need to log into your gmail for the play store . this will update the supersu app

Well, now it says i have no binary for supersu. I will try to use saferoot again and then try to use supersu again. I appreciate your help very much. Ill let you know. ;-)

Now when i try to use link2sd app to move files to the sd card it tells me App2sd not compatible with phone, need to link. So I.link it but when I go to my storage settings the apps are still on the internal drive. Ugh! This is killing me. Not even sure i rooted my phone either. I cant tether for free OR get apps for free. What am I doing wrong?
