Root Rooting the new leak?

I got tired of waiting and flashed the newest leak, 3.14.605.5.
Can I root this as I did GB by unlocking and temp flashing amon ra?

I found plenty of threads involving installing rooted ROMs but I really just want to root this iteration and move on.

I don't think any of the previous methods work on this

Ive rooted the stock leak, but had some trouble with the ics Su I had been using

Might try this one: http://d-h.st/HkL

Make a backup first,just in case ;)

One last question: since I'm on the latest leak/firmware/radios, if I flash Scott's ROM above, do I still need to put his PH98IMG.zip on my sd card or can I just flash the ROM and be good to go?

Check the kernel/ baseband version. If they match the Scott's version, then you'll be all good.

i believe scott now has his roms set up for his roms to install the kernel via recovery for the s-off crowd.

if youre still s-on,fastboot boot your recovery from fastboot, and you shouldnt need the PH98IMG.

if you wish to install the the rom from a permanent recovery with s-on,then you will need to flash the kernel severately, via fastboot flash,or via the PH98IMG on the sd card :)

also,i found a slightly newer SU in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1046553&d=1336400579

edit:
i just restored my boot/system image to unrooted stock so i could test the superSU.i flashed superSU v0.89 linked above, and it flashed on the first try,and seems to be working fine.

those wanting to root the stock leak, should now be able to do so without having to flash a rom. :)
