Help Rooting while motherboard water damaged

Hi...few days ago i sent in my Motorola Razr to my local service centre see if it can be repair.The next day they said it cant be repair so i took it back 5 days later,but when i on the phone,everything seem to work perfectly and that time they reset my whole phone see if it can be repair.But it cant,than went i on my phone everything came back.

So i went home to root my phone but suddenly rooting halfway,it went to 'AP Fastboot' mode. The reason that cause that is not about the rooting error right? It about the motherboard water damaged right?

Why do you try to root a damaged phone. Repair center has already confirmed they can't repair it twice.
 
But i on the phone and it can work perfectly fine except the root which i rooted before the incident happen had gone,so i went to root it. But i sent in to another shop which can repair cheaper,they include rooting service. Thinking if let them root it for me or my phone is fully repaired so i can root without any problem.

*sorry,its that the official service center charged SGD$728 while another shop charged SGD$100*
 
rooting will just give you better access to the phone...it is related to the software of the phone (pardon my non technical description to root)..
how can it solve a hardware issue...?
think... dont waste cash on something that cannot be done
 
So meaning that my when my motherboard repaired finish,i can root my phone with any problem right? What rooting program should i use? Like Eternity or ZergRush?
