rosie utility/traffic jam

I went to the Android market and downloaded traffic jam and it said it was downloading. When it finished, there was no app icon and I went back to the market and it gave me the option to download. Like I didn't just download it already. Usually when you download an app it says installed. So I took a look at the permissions and it says its allowed to create sockets, amongst other malicious things... wtf does an app need to create a socket for?? Hmmm sounds like a backdoor. But rose has the same permissions as traffic jam. And I've never seen rosie until the traffic jam app download. And it actually jammed my network traffic just like the name of the app says...traffic jam lol but I actually factory reset my phone and now am a little uneasy. I mean I have a right to be! Look at the zues Trojan, that's some crazy shit! Any input?
