Rotating background

My wife has a LG G2 and I have the HTC EVO LTE and neither of us can figure out how to get the background to rotate as you slide from the home page to the opposite end. And I'm not talking about changing the angle at which we hold the phone I'm saying One image as I change the home screens it pans across the single Image.

Any thoughts?
