Hi. My sky 5.5Q with android 4.4.2 kitkat does not rotate its screen when held horizontally. The pinch to zoom feature also stopped working on this phone can you please help me woth this problem

Go to settings>scroll down to "accessibility" tap on this and scroll down to "Auto - rotate screen next to this box " check" or enable. If it is checked and the feature is not working it may be a hardware problem.
