Rufus already downloaded..

Then you will need to do this :
To boot from a USB stick created using Rufus, insert the USB drive into your computer, then access your BIOS settings during startup (usually by pressing a key like F2, F10, or Delete) and change the boot order to prioritize the USB drive as the first boot option; save the changes and your computer should now boot from the USB stick when you restart.
Still I did try that a few times, and get the infamous error message of not having the moderator 2.0 whatever it is called error message.

You might have to change GPT to UEFI in Rufus, then let it do it's thing again:
GPT is the partition style:
"GPT" stands for GUID Partition Table, which is a way of organizing data on a disk.
EFI is the boot mode:
"EFI" stands for Extensible Firmware Interface, which is a boot mode typically used with GPT partitions.
How to do it in Rufus:
Open Rufus: Launch the Rufus application.
Select your USB drive: Choose the USB drive you want to format.
Select "Partition scheme": In the settings, navigate to the "Partition scheme" option.
Choose "UEFI (GPT)": Select "UEFI (GPT)" from the dropdow n menu.

Why are you using tiny 11?
I think you'll have a better chance using the Microsoft Windows 11 iso image
OR try using the Windows 11 x-lite home edition iso file.
Tiny 11 seems to be giving you more problems....

I tried downloading win optiumun before tiny, op was not functioning!

Try Microsoft Windows 11 iso.
1st, download it from the Microsoft website as an iso, then use Rufus to install it on the usb stick.
After researching on what is GPT,

My TPM non comparable windows 10, prevents me from installing it.. But I have found a reach around through it via Github..

Sorry of my hasting typing as of late.
