Is there a sticky that explains how to review apps? I looked but couldn't find one.

Maybe spin a few of these posts off to the Suggestion Box, I would do it, but I am not comfortable with that yet.
I spun these posts out of a Game Review thread so Phases could see them. To explain the situation, I don't know what the rules and or procedures are for posting in the App / Game review forums. This user posted a lengthy review and I moved it into the Game review forum and he let me know that he attempted to post in there but couldn't. I was unaware that there was a specific way to do that (still not sure how it works) but also noticed there was no sticky explaining it either.
The one for Game Reviews is stuck, and I'm sure not going to edit the big Boss's thread.
