Help running low on internal memory

Recently I have been receiving notifications that my internal memory is getting low. I usually receive this message when i'm at or under 25 mb. I have deleted as many applications as possible, moved as many as possible to the cd card, and have cleared the data from whatever leftover applications that i could. I occasionally also received a message saying my text message inbox was full so I also deleted all those.

I have been reading through the forum and goggling to find other suggestions. One suggested that I find the "dialer storage" and clear all the data there, which I did.

I would be great full for any suggestions or insight that would help regain more internal memory. Thanks

Unless you can seriously justify having either that many apps or apps that take a large volume of space, The best advice I can give you is to remove all apps you don't use at least weekly.

I don't game, and I have seen this issue b/c I simply had too many apps on my phone - like 150 of them. I've pruned as much as I can, but there are apps on there that I use daily, some that I use every other day, and some I like having b/c I can never know when I can use them - but it is a big balancing act.

Being rooted, though, I have also been able to force some apps to the SDCard using Titanium Backup, like Adobe Reader and Adobe Flash, as well as running a ROM that has a few popular apps installed in system space (like FB, Twitter and News and Weather genie). Finally, I also use an app called Swapper to allow for more swap space. however, the biggest single fix was dumping the 20+ apps that I only had around for that once in a while use....

I have had the same problem in searching in the depths of my EVO 4g's memory i noticed that my gmail app was using over 10mb of memory. Im sure its because i have 8 different accounts synced but never the less, syncing mail is a drainer. Purging the unneeded caches & app data helped greatly but i still have at least 100mb unaccounted for.
