i want to downgrade my htc wildfire s as105e from cyanogen 9 ice cream sandwitch back to 2.3.5 gingerbread

i have already downloaded
RUU_Marvel_hTC_Asia_India_1.35.720.3_Radio_47.10.35.3029H_7.46.35.08_release_188899_signed

this above file
my question is
1. is this file is correct?
2. how do i proceed further
