Help ?'s about "new samsung pc studio" and moment

Finally, got my moment connected with my pc. I downloaded "new samsung pc studio" and my phone appears on the left hand side of the screen. However, when I click on the icon that represents my phone it states unsupported device. Any tips on how to resolve this.

I meant to say it shows up on the right hand side of the pc studio home screen. Under the search device icon it appears as the model number of the phone.
