hey there ! I am unable to update my samsung s advance to jelly bean. I am using kies to udpate it..it shows all the process happening in my pc in kies software, but for some reasons no notification or no progress shows in my phone. i mean , in my pc it shows the phone is updating but not actually happens in phone, is there any setting that needs to be changed in my phone before i update it using kies ?
