S Health keeps sending notifications

In S Health settings the notifications are turned off (box is un-checked) yet it sends a notification once or twice a day to "Check your latest health data in S Health".

Anyone else get this? or now how to stop it or disable the app until I may want to use it one day?

I just simply disabled the app, it is useless IMO.

Hold down on the icon, drag it to the Trash Barrel, it will ask you if you want to disable it.

Think I will do just that, 6 bloody more same notifies today.
