Help S Health stuck on lock screen?

Hey guys, I can't seem to find anything helpful when searching for this problem, so I came here.
I think this is S Health stuck on the lock screen?
I even disabled S Health to see if it would help, and it didn't.
And I can't seem to find anything else to disable that would cause this.
Any suggestions on how to get it off? It's been getting annoying to keep seeing it all the time.

Sorry housefan but your stuck with it . In the settings menu the steps are default and cannot be turned off . So annoying.

Actually I figured out myself. It's on the lock screen settings, and just turn off additional information
