Help S Health supported Devices?

I use the S health app quite often but one thing I can't use very well is the sleep tracking. I'd like to actually have a device that can provide detailed tracking. However, I am not a fan of the current samsung gear or android watches... I would really love a mechanical watch that still provided sleep tracking... something like the "Withings" brand.

I see the accessories list on S health but is there any chance that anyone has got other devices to work with it that are not listed? Or perhaps work with partner apps from Jawbone or something?
