Help S II plus problem , samsung' logo

hi
today i have installed an app called mobile fence something for blocking some apps
afterwards i uninstalled it but it keep asking if the app mobile fence is in charge with all data and the things that android should do
consequently my phone shut down and now after i push the opening button it appears on my phone only the samsung' logo and nothing else
please help me

A few questions..
Is the device rooted?
If it is do you have a custom recovery and Nandroid backup made?
Is this the correct model number? (GT-I9105/P) And if not please provide it.

my device is not rootes, i don't have a custom recovery and it s the correct model number
