S Memo a d-bag.

I have a samsung galaxy s3 and i love it, but this is the second time S Memo has deleted or removed my own personal text memos. So i was wondering if anyone knows if there's a way i can recover those files? (I know i really should have backed the files up the second time... but Im a ******* idiot)
